Mr. Shulze joined our Company in 1995.
Mr. Shulze has more than 25 years of experience in the medical industry, in the areas of sales and marketing, product development and manufacturing. He is the sole author or a co-author of many of the patent applications that have been filed by our Company. Mr. Shulze has held numerous managerial positions in medical device companies, including Spectratec Inc., a producer of blood-gas sensors; Bird Products Corporation, a producer of critical care ventilators; Albion Instruments, a producer of laser-based anaesthesia respiratory gas monitoring systems; Spacelabs, a surgery and critical care monitoring system company; Gould Medical, Inc., a surgery and critical care catheters and instrumentation company; and GE Medical Systems.
Mr. Shulze received a Bachelor of Science degree with honours from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin. He is also a graduate of General Electric's Manufacturing Management and Physiology and Bioengineering Courses.

Ms. Toyloy joined our company in 2006.
Ms. Toyloy brings to Biosensors more than 18 years experience in pre-clinical research, regulatory affairs and clinical research activities. Prior to joining Biosensors, Ms. Toyloy was engaged as a consultant to various interventional cardiology, peripheral and neurointerventional clients including Biosensors. Previously, she served as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Research at Medtronic, Inc.'s Vascular Division. During her tenure at Medtronic, she led a global organization and was directly involved with their drug eluting stent program. She also played a pivotal role in the Division's coronary, peripheral and endovascular program activities. Before joining Medtronic, Ms. Toyloy spent 13 years at Guidant Corporation where she held various roles with increasing responsibility, culminating with her position as Director of Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Research for their drug-eluting stent program.
Ms. Toyloy received her Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Hayward.
Mr. Loh joined our Company in 2000.
Mr. Loh has been in the medical industry for the past nine years. Prior to joining our Company, Mr. Loh was with the Singapore Government and was responsible for identifying and developing medical device technology companies worldwide through investments and management. Mr. Loh has been with our Company for the past five years and served as Head of corporate business development before serving as Managing Director of our Singapore operations. In November 2004, Mr. Loh was promoted to his present position as Senior Vice President.
Mr. Loh received an honours degree in Electronics Engineering and a Master's degree in Medical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Graduate diploma in Financial Management from the Singapore Institute of Management.
Ms. Chua joined our Company in 2004.
Ms. Chua has served as our Group Financial Controller since April 2004 and was promoted to Senior Vice President - Finance in September 2004 and is responsible for tax planning, consolidation of financial reporting, group accounting policy and audit coordination. Ms. Chua is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years' experience in financial and operational management. Ms. Chua served in various positions with CSC Holdings Ltd, served as Chief Financial Officer for a start-up company, Net:Wxs International Pte Ltd, in 2001 and served in various senior finance positions with Mediaring Ltd, NatSteel Ltd Group and Jurong Town Corporation, all based in Singapore.
Ms. Chua received a degree in accountancy from the University of Singapore.
Mr. Jump joined our Company in 2003.
Mr. Jump serves as our Senior Vice President - Sales and Marketing with responsibility for sales, sales-support and product management for all markets. Mr. Jump joined as Managing Director - Europe, Middle East and Africa with responsibility for all distribution functions in those regions and President of our subsidiary Occam International B.V. in The Netherlands. Mr. Jump has over 24 years experience in the Medical Device industry. Prior to joining Biosensors, Mr Jump served as CEO of Xitact Medical Simulation which was acquired by Mentice. He has served as a Board Member with several start-up medical device companies. He also served as Vice President - International and Managing Director - Europe, with Embol-X Inc. and Alliance Medical Technologies and in various senior management positions with CTS, Haemonetics S.A. and Pfizer Hosp Products Group including Shiley.
Mr. Jump received a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University and a Master's degree from the London Business School.
Dr Fariabi joined our Company in 2006.
Dr Fariabi joined Biosensors with extensive R&D and engineering management experience in the medical device field. Prior to joining Biosensors, Dr Fariabi served as Senior Director of Heart Valve Therapy for Edwards Lifesciences. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer/Vice President of Advanced Stent Technologies where he was responsible for the design of the AST bifurcation stent that was recently acquired by Boston Scientific Corporation. Before this, he served as Vice President for R&D at Oratec Interventions and as the Director for R&D at Vascular Therapies Division of US Surgical Corporation.
Dr Fariabi holds a Master Science Management degree from Stritch College (Milwaukee), a PhD in Materials Engineering from the University of Houston, a Master of Science for Materials Science from the University of Manchester, U.K., and a Metallurgical Engineering degree from AryaMehr (Tehran).
Ms. Krasney has been serving as Legal Counsel to our Company since 2002. Effective 1st August 2006, Ms. Krasney was appointed as Biosensors Executive Vice President and General Counsel, responsible for overseeing all of the Companys legal affairs and transactions. She also manages Biosensors legal teams worldwide.
During her tenure as Biosensors Legal Counsel, Ms. Krasney acted as the lead counsel on all major transactions which the Company entered, including transactions with Guidant, Terumo, Xtent and Devax. Prior to joining Biosensors, Ms. Krasney spent her career serving as General Counsel for numerous corporations and private business clients engaged in a wide variety of industries giving her an extensive background and vast experience in corporate and business law.
Ms. Krasney received her juris doctorate degree from the University of Southern California.
