| Yoh-Chie Lu, CEO and Chairman |
Mr. Lu founded our company in 1990.
Mr. Lu has 25 years of experience in the medical industry and has served as our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since our inception. As our Chairman, Mr. Lu's experience, leadership and proven track record has proven to be critical to our company. As our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Lu has been responsible for our business strategy and direction, the implementation of our corporate plans and policies, and the general management of our business.
Prior to founding our company, Mr. Lu established Asia-based operations for Gould Medical, Inc., a surgery and critical care catheter and instrumentation company. He held various senior positions with Gould Medical, advancing to the position of President of the Gould/Spectramed Asia-Pacific Division. In 1986, Mr. Lu participated in a management-led leveraged buyout of the Division from Gould. He continued as President of the Asia-Pacific Division through 1988 when it was sold to British Oxygen Corporation, and he served as President-Asia Pacific with British Oxygen until 1990. In 1990, Mr. Lu simultaneously founded Sun Instruments-Japan, Sunscope International in California and Biosensors International in Singapore, the predecessor companies to Biosensors International Group. Mr. Lu received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and a Masters of Business Administration from Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management in Arizona.
| Patrick Yount, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Yount joined our company in 2004.
Mr. Yount has 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Mr. Yount's previous experience includes serving at GE Capital, Bank of America, Creditanstalt, and Good Source Solutions, a privately-held provider of specialty food products. Prior to joining our company, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for Hudson Respiratory Care, Inc., a global manufacturer of disposable respiratory products. In this capacity he was responsible for all aspects of accounting and finance including ensuring compliance with SEC reporting requirements, implementing appropriate procedures and controls as required under Sarbanes-Oxley, initiating budgeting and working capital management procedures, treasury and bank arrangements, foreign exchange and hedging and similar activities. Mr. Yount received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from San Jose State University and is a graduate of General Electric's Financial Management Program.
| John Shulze, Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Shulze joined our company in 1995.
Mr. Shulze has more than 25 years of experience in the medical industry, in the areas of sales and marketing, product development and manufacturing. He is the sole author or a co-author of many of the patent applications that have been filed by our company. Mr. Shulze has held numerous managerial positions in medical device companies, including Spectratec Inc., a producer of blood-gas sensors; Bird Products Corporation, a producer of critical care ventilators; Albion Instruments, a producer of laser-based anaesthesia respiratory gas monitoring systems; Spacelabs, a surgery and critical care monitoring system company; Gould Medical, Inc., a surgery and critical care catheters and instrumentation company; and GE Medical Systems. Mr. Shulze received a Bachelor of Science degree with honours from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin.
He is also a graduate of General Electric's Manufacturing Management and Physiology and Bioengineering Courses.

Mr. Olson joined our company in 1999
Mr. Olson has 30 years of experience in the medical device industry with a background in global manufacturing, materials management, cost improvement programs, engineering, product development, and technology transfer. He currently has responsibility for all manufacturing functions at our Singapore and Netherlands factories and all facilities worldwide. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Olson served as Vice President of Alliance Medical Technologies and served in various management roles at international companies Sorin Biomedical and Pfizer / Shiley involved with implantable cardiovascular class III or single-use devices meeting FDA and ISO requirements. Mr. Olson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (cum laude) from the University of La Verne in California.

Mr. Thomson joined our company in 2004.
Mr. Thomson joined as our Executive Vice President and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for direction of all manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs and sales and marketing. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Thomson was President and Chief Executive Officer of EpiThera Inc., Vivant Medical Inc., and Bio-Virus Research Incorporated, each of which was an early-stage private company. Mr. Thomson has over 28 years of experience in the medical device industry, having led divisions of Tyco Healthcare (formerly Mallinckrodt), Sorin Biomedical and Pfizer. Mr. Thomson received an honours degree in Aerospace Engineering from California State Polytechnic University and Master's degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Business Administration from the University of California.
| Chee Mun Loh, Senior Vice President / Assistant to Chief Executive Officer |
Mr. Loh joined our company in 2000.
Mr. Loh has been in the medical industry for the past eight years. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Loh was with the Singapore Government and was responsible for identifying and developing medical device technology companies worldwide through investments and management. Mr. Loh has been with our company for the past four years and served as head of corporate business development before serving as Managing Director of our Singapore operations. Mr. Loh received an honours degree in Electronics Engineering and a Master's degree in Medical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Graduate diploma in Financial Management from the Singapore Institute of Management.

Mr. Jump joined our company in 2003.
Mr. Jump serves as our Senior Vice President - Sales and Marketing with responsibility for sales, sales-support and product management for all markets. Mr. Jump joined as Managing Director - Europe, Middle East and Africa with responsibility for all distribution functions in those regions and direction of our subsidiary Occam International B.V. in the Netherlands. Mr. Jump served as Vice President - International and Managing Director - Europe, with Embol-X Inc. and Alliance Medical Technologies and in various senior management positions with Haemonetics S.A. and Pfizer/Shiley. Mr. Jump received a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University and a Master's degree from the London Business School.

Ms. Chua joined our company in 2004.
Ms. Chua Yang Joo has served as our Group Financial Controller since April 2004 and was promoted to Senior Vice President - Finance with responsibility for tax planning, consolidation of financial reporting, budgeting and audit coordination. Ms. Chua is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years experience in financial and operational management. Ms. Chua served in various positions with CSC Holdings Ltd, served as Chief Financial Officer for a start-up company, Net:Wxs International Pte Ltd, in 2001 and served in various senior finance positions with Mediaring Ltd, NatSteel Ltd Group and Jurong Town Corporation, all based in Singapore. Ms. Chua received a degree in accounting from the University of Singapore.

Mr. Negishi joined our company in 2000.
Mr. Negishi is the country manager for our operations in Japan. He is a member of The Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (JICPA) and has 27 years experience in financial accounting. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Negishi served as an auditor with Ernst & Whinny and as the financial controller of Gould H.B. Medical Products Inc., where he established the company's accounting system, work rules, internal control system, budgeting system, strategic planning, computer system and established the Singapore manufacturing plant and Hong Kong sales office; and as the financial controller of R.J. Reynolds M.C. Tobacco Co, Ltd.

Mr. van Staveren joined our company in 1996.
Mr. van Staveren is our Managing Director of Critical Products. He has 19 years experience in the medical device business. Prior to joining our company, Mr. van Staveren served in several positions including export sales director and sales manager for Medisize in The Netherlands. Prior to joining Medisize, Mr. van Staveren had 12 years experience in sales and marketing for industrial companies including Kimberly Clark, Jungheinrich and Lansing Bagnall.

Mr. Tan joined our company in 1990.
Mr. Tan is the country manager for our operations in the PRC. He has 15 years experience in medical device engineering, manufacturing and sales. Mr. Tan has served in several positions within our company including manufacturing engineer, manufacturing director, sales and marketing director, and director of technology and operations. Mr. Tan received a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the Singapore National University Singapore and a Master of Business Administration degree from the British University of Hull.
