The BIOTRANS™ System is the result of years of extensive
research directed toward meeting or exceeding the clinical
performance of today's transducer systems.
With BIOTRANS™' unique "straight-through" fluid filling dome and
easy snap-together assembly, setup and de-bubbling are truly a "snap"!
Horizontal Pole Mount System
The BIOTRANS™ horizontal mounting bracket
(BMC-2) accommodates up to three transducers in a practical
and easy-to-visualize configuration for both OR and
ICU applications.
Vertical Pole Mount System
The unique BIOTRANS™ vertical pole mount
system accommodates both BT-100 (pole-mount) and BT-101
(patient mount) transducer baseplates and all standard
kits. It is quick and easy to convert from pole mounting
to patient mounting of the arterial transducer using
the 'BWS' wrist strap adapter shown below.

Transducer BT-101 has been moved from the PMA-1 Docking Accessory Bracket (top,
left) to the arm mount location (left).
Patient Mounting Kit
The BT-12-3 kit with included BWS sheath/wrist strap reduces patient and transducer
cross-contamination by eliminating all contact between reusable cables or transducer
parts and the patient's arm.
